Counselling is a safe and confidential space to talk with a trained therapist about anything that is troubling you. A place where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better awareness of yourself and of others.

Counselling is about helping you find your own answers – whether that’s making effective changes in your life or finding healthy ways of coping with your problems.

We all have moments in our lives when it is helpful to look deeper at what is going on for us and to gain an understanding into what is beneath our sense of unease, stuckness or distress. Therapy can bring about personal growth through self-awareness and insight meaning greater choice to move toward the changes you desire.

There are many different reasons for accessing therapy.: Loss, low mood, depression, stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship issues and loneliness are some of the issues that are explored in counselling.
